Cookie policy

1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small file that a website stores in your browser to remember information about your visit. Alongside cookies, sites may use equivalent local storage technologies such as localStorage or sessionStorage, to which the same rules apply.
This policy explains what we use, for what purpose, and how you can manage it.
2. What we use on this site
This website uses no analytics, advertising or profiling cookies, neither first-party nor third-party. There are no tracking pixels or audience measurement tools active.
The only storage we use is the following:
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| pandl-locale | localStorage, first-party | Remember your chosen language (Spanish or English) so we do not have to ask on every visit | Until you clear your browser data |
As this is storage strictly necessary to provide a service you have expressly requested — showing the site in your language — it is exempt from the prior consent requirement under article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE.
In addition, our hosting provider may process technical connection data, such as your IP address, in order to serve the site and protect it against abuse. That data is not used to profile you.
3. Tool platform
Access to the client tool platform requires authentication, so it uses technical session cookies that are essential to keep you signed in and protect the account. The platform cannot work without them, and they are therefore also exempt from consent.
4. How to manage storage
You can delete or block cookies and local storage from your browser settings. Note that if you block technical storage, some features — such as remembering your language or keeping your session on the platform — will stop working.
Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge all document this setting in their respective privacy and security sections.
