Frequently asked questions
- Are there hidden costs?
- No. The retainer and the variable percentage are agreed in writing before we start and do not change by surprise. The only things billed separately, and we say so on every channel, are ad spend and content budget — both paid directly to the platform and never through us.
- What is the minimum commitment?
- On Amazon, twelve months, renewable. Give thirty days notice and it does not renew. If you leave mid-term, you pay the current month plus one. It is in the contract and there is no small print.
- How exactly is the variable fee calculated?
- On net sales above the same month last year. If you do not grow against that month, there is no variable fee. For new accounts with no history we charge no variable fee for the first two months and, from the third, the baseline is zero until a full year of data exists.
- Is the tool suite really free?
- Yes. Every client gets full access at no additional cost. It is not a billable extra or a hook: we use it ourselves to run your account.
