Who we are
Pilot Partners is a Barcelona-based consultancy that runs the digital channels of consumer brands: Amazon, TikTok Shop, own storefront and retail marketplaces. We are marketing engineers: we build the systems, processes and control that make each channel predictable.
Why we exist
Amazon will remain one of the most important commerce channels in the world, and anyone can open an account and sell. The difference between average and exceptional performance lies in how the channel is managed.
We position ourselves as a growth partner that understands Amazon at a granular level: its metrics, its systems, and the relationship between them. We help brands move from amateur management to a professional operation, and turn Amazon into a controlled, measurable and scalable part of their business.
We define that professionalisation along three axes: control, transparency and active management.
